So, on Thursday I took Ari to the doctor (not our usual one, since Dr. Sweet was unavailable). The idiot told her that all she had was a sinus infection. We picked up the prescribed antibiotic and she started taking it, but her lungs were getting worse and worse. Finally, last night I took her to the ER. They did a chest x-ray and gave her a breathing treatment. The conclusion was that she has pneumonia and asthma. The breathing treatment definitely helped, and she also got prescribed a better antibiotic to target the pneumonia.
