Work was fairly typical yesterday. After work, Ari and I were supposed to go look at this house in Bonney Lake. Ari had been super excited about this place. When I got home, she told me that the people who are currently living there (who were supposed to be moving out by the end of the month) had said that they are staying another month. They had also said that the rental company couldn't even come in and show it to anyone.
We did end up going to look at a rental in Renton. It was 4 bedrooms and had a lot of space. However, the neighborhood was not nice at all. It was over budget. The inside of the property was not cleaned, and the outside was poorly maintained, which made me concerned about the maintenance and repair possibilities. That concern only intensified when I discovered that the management company was based in Tacoma.
Hopefully, we can find a new place soon.
