Yesterday was another gym-less day. I did decide that my falling down on my morning and evening routines was a huge contributor to not going to the gym, as was the messy house. So, I cleaned the entire house last night, and I also did my evening routine. That set me up nicely for the next day. Hopefully, the end result will be an intense gym workout!
