Today I am taking a family leave day so I can accompany Ari to her endo appointment. I am going to use the rest of the day to work on cleaning the house. This quote is to remind me to take some time for myself as well!
Today I went with Ari to her doctor's appointment. Then I cleaned the house, did a bunch of laundry, and cooked dinner. I also went to my TRX+ class at the gym and played a bunch of a video game.

- Go for a walk every day except Sunday. (1/6)
- Brush my teeth twice a day. (4/14)
- Wash my face twice a day. (4/14)
- Tidy the house before bed daily - starting Monday. (1/6)
- Work on cleaning the girls' bedrooms every day except Sunday - unless finished. (1/6)
- Work on my writing daily every day except Sunday. (1/6)
- Save $50 out of the grocery money for Christmas fund.
