This is one of Siera's favorite quotes, and I thought that it was very appropriate for today. I love my family so much, and I am extremely glad that I get to spend the day with all of them today!

Today was an amazing day. I woke up to a clean house, thanks to a late night cleaning frenzy that I had undertaken. Ariana, the kids, and I opened all of our gifts to each other. Everyone loved their presents, and the things I had gotten for Ari ended up being a huge hit!
Ari bought me an epically awesome gaming keyboard, mouse, and headset. The keyboard is cool and has these red lights that make it look like black, crusted lava with the live lava glowing up from underneath. The mouse has a similar cracked pattern, but lights up blue and has an eagle on it (Ravenclaw FTW)! The headphones also have a microphone and glow red!
She also bought me this amazing necklace. It's pearls and has a vintage looking key hanging from it. There's a name on the back of the key, so initially I thought that it was the name of the person who had originally owned the necklace. I went to look them up (because I thought it would be cool to see if I could find out about the original owner) and discovered that the name was actually the designer of the necklace. It's very possible that this necklace is worth a lot more money than any of my other jewellery! The best part, though, is that it is exactly my style of jewellery!
After a yummy Christmas breakfast, we headed over to my parents' house for the extended family Christmas gathering. Presents were exchanged, and everyone loved what I had bought them! The kids were excited by their gifts, and Ariana and I received several gift cards (including a movie one, and cards for gas and Texas Roadhouse)! Afterwards, we ate dinner, and then my mom and my sister, Amy, played the new game that I had purchased for her (Ex Libris).
